We receive an enormous number of calls each day, and you will likely be asked to leave a message. We understand that not getting through right away can be frustrating. Calls are returned as quickly as possible, and we have worked tirelessly over the past few years to get our response time down from 7-10 business days to within 1-2 business days. Please help us by speaking slowly and clearly and by repeating your name and daytime phone number twice. Please also leave the reason for your call, and the best time to reach you, M-F, 9AM-4PM.
We now have the ability to take online appointment requests. Please read the instructions carefully when requesting your appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday each week. Because of limitations in the number and size of kennels available on any given day, the next available date offered may not be available for your pet's species, size or gender. The response time for online requests can be 2-3 business days. If your appointment is accepted, you will receive a phone call to request health history and an email confimration of availability. If we don't have availability on the day you request, we will call you to find an alternate date. To help us respond as quickly and efficiently as possible, please do not submit more than 1 online request per dog or cat. Simple, right?
